Guidelines and conditions for using Forward Future Jobs

These Terms apply specifically to Forward Future Jobs (the “Service”), which provides a job board platform connecting talented professionals with innovative companies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forward Future Jobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Purpose & Service Description

The Service is intended to help job seekers find employment opportunities and employers find qualified candidates. We provide a platform for posting and discovering job listings, company profiles, and career resources to make the job search process more efficient and transparent.

3. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

The Service might feature content sourced from third-party websites and platforms, including:

Company logos and profiles

Job descriptions and requirements

Links to company websites

Important: Forward Future does not claim ownership over third-party assets. All trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners. We display this content under fair use principles for editorial, educational, and informational purposes.

If you're an employer with a job listing on the Service and would like your content edited or removed, please email astro@forwardfuture.ai.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may browse and share job listings for personal or professional use. However, you may not:

Scrape, resell, or redistribute the database

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

Impersonate Forward Future or misrepresent your affiliation with us

Use automated systems or bots without prior written permission

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

5. User Submissions

Employers: By submitting job postings and company information, you grant Forward Future a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and edit the material as part of the Service. You represent that you have the rights to share all submitted content.

Job Seekers: When you click “Apply” on a job listing, we may collect your email address for analytics and to communicate important product updates. We do not collect, receive, or process your resume, cover letter, or other application materials. See Section 6 for details on how applications work.

Job Alert Subscribers: When you sign up for job alerts, we collect your email address to notify you about new job opportunities matching your interests and to communicate important product updates.

Forward Future reserves the right to moderate, edit, or reject submissions at its discretion.

6. Application Process & External Redirects

When you click “Apply” on a job listing, the following occurs:

We may log your email address and the job ID for analytics and to send you important product updates

You are redirected to the employer's external application system (their website, email, or third-party ATS)

You complete your application directly with the employer using their chosen method

Important: Forward Future does not receive, process, or store your resume, cover letter, or other application materials. The employer is solely responsible for handling your application data according to their own privacy practices and applicable laws. We are not a party to the application process beyond the initial click tracking.

7. No Endorsement

Disclaimer: Inclusion of a job listing does not imply endorsement, partnership, or verification. Users are responsible for evaluating employers and opportunities before engaging with them.

Job Seeker Protection Notice:

Forward Future does not verify the identity, legitimacy, or hiring practices of employers. Job seekers should:

Research employers independently before applying

Be cautious of requests for payment, personal financial information, or sensitive data early in the process

Report suspicious listings to astro@forwardfuture.ai

Forward Future is not liable for any losses resulting from fraudulent job postings or employer misconduct. Some listings may be fraudulent despite our moderation efforts.

8. External Links & Third-Party Services

The Service contains links to external websites and email addresses operated by employers and third parties. When you click “Apply” on a job listing, you will be directed to the employer's chosen application method (their website, email, or third-party ATS).

Forward Future:

Does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for external sites

Is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of external sites

Does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of job postings or employers

Recommends users exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence

Your interactions with employers and use of external sites are governed solely by those parties' terms and privacy policies.

9. No Employment Relationship

Forward Future is a technology platform that connects job seekers with potential employers. We are NOT:

An employer, recruiter, or staffing agency

A party to any employment agreement or relationship

Responsible for hiring decisions, employment practices, or workplace conditions

Liable for any disputes between employers and job seekers

All employment relationships are solely between the employer and the job seeker. Forward Future has no control over and does not guarantee:

The accuracy or legality of job listings

Employer compliance with labor or anti-discrimination laws

The quality, safety, or legitimacy of employment opportunities

Payment of wages or benefits

10. Employer Responsibilities

Employers who post jobs on the Service represent and warrant that:

All job listings comply with applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, etc.)

Job postings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading

They have authorization to post jobs on behalf of their organization

They will handle applicant data in compliance with privacy laws

They will not use the Service to discriminate, defraud, or mislead job seekers

Their hiring practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Indemnification: Employers agree to indemnify Forward Future against any claims arising from their job postings, hiring practices, or treatment of applicants.

Forward Future reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws, without notice or refund.

11. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free. Links to external websites may become outdated or unavailable at any time.

Important: Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By using this Service, you agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and WAIVE YOUR RIGHT to a jury trial or class action lawsuit. See Section 13 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution) for complete details.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forward Future and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forward Future from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service announcement. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forward Future regarding the Service.
